STILL Spray For Mama
Our team loves having a relaxing mist of essential oils on hand for those days when you lay your little down for a nap and just need deep breaths and to create some calm. Our favorite spray ever is this one, but it was getting to be a pricey habit so we decided to make our own!
We recommend spraying it a few times in the air around yourself and then take a few big deep breaths with your eyes closed. It's a nice way to refocus and reset.

Fill a 2 oz bottle half way with witch hazel and the other half with water, and used all organic essential oils from Aura Cacia.
- 8 drops Frankincense
- 5 drops Vetiver
- 10 drops Sweet Orange
- 12 drops Geranium
- 8 drops Clary Sage
The oils themselves are definitely an investment, especially since we buy the organic ones, but since the spray requires such few drops from each, they last a long time.
